What to bring on a bachelorette party bus

  • Drinks in cans or plastic bottles, and plastic cups. Glass breaks on a moving bus.
  • Ice and a cooler if your vehicle doesn't include them. Ask when you book.
  • Your playlist. Most party buses connect by Bluetooth or aux; we confirm for your vehicle.
  • Sashes, tiaras and decorations. Skip glitter, confetti and tape on the walls; they usually mean a cleaning fee.

Frequently asked questions

Where should we go out in Austin for a bachelorette party?

Rainey Street for a relaxed bar crawl in old bungalows, East Sixth for dive bars and dancing, West Sixth for cocktail bars, and Red River for live music. A party bus lets you hit several in one night.

How much does a bachelorette party bus cost in Austin?

Our party bus packages start at $549 for 3 hours or $699 for 4 hours Sunday through Thursday, and $990 for 4 hours on Saturdays. Split 12 ways, a Saturday is about $83 per person before gratuity. See party bus prices for details.

Can we drink on the party bus?

Yes, if everyone drinking is 21 or older. Texas law makes an exception to the open-container rule for passengers in vehicles used to carry people for pay, such as buses and limousines (Texas Penal Code § 49.031). The driver never drinks, and nobody under 21 may have alcohol. Cans and plastic cups are the safest choice.

Can we decorate the party bus?

Simple decorations are usually fine. Skip glitter, confetti and anything taped to the walls, which usually lead to a cleaning fee.

Should we book the party bus for more than one day?

Many groups book Saturday night plus a Sunday winery or brewery day. Sundays are priced like weeknights: $699 for 4 hours.
