By using this website or requesting a quote, you agree to these terms.
Quotes and bookings
Prices on this website are starting prices for our standard party bus (up to 22 guests). Pickups in San Marcos, Kyle, Buda, Dripping Springs and Wimberley add a $100 travel fee. Holiday weekends and big event dates such as F1, ACL and SXSW are quoted separately. A quote is not a reservation. Your booking is confirmed only when you receive a written confirmation, and the rental agreement for your trip, including deposit, cancellation, cleaning and damage terms, governs the trip.
Payment and cancellation
- Trips within 30 days of booking are paid in full when you book.
- Trips more than 30 days away need a 50% payment to hold the date. The balance is charged automatically 14 days before the trip.
- Cancel 7 or more days before your trip for a full refund.
- Cancellations within 7 days of the trip are not refunded.
- Gratuity isn't included or required. Tip your driver based on your experience.
Conduct and safety
- Only guests 21 and over may have alcohol. Nobody may bring illegal drugs.
- The driver may end a trip, without refund, if passengers break the law or the rules, or put anyone at risk.
- Passengers are responsible for damage they cause to the vehicle.
Text message program
If you opt in, Greater Austin Party Bus texts you about your quote and booking. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to cancel and HELP for help. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. See our privacy policy.

We work to keep this site accurate, including drive times and third-party information, but it may change without notice. Drive times are estimates. Check event, venue and winery rules directly with them.
