Privacy Policy
This policy explains what information Greater Austin Party Bus collects, how we use it and the choices you have.
Information we collect
- Details you send in our quote form: your name, mobile number, email, event date, group size, occasion, pickup area and any message.
- Information you share when you call or text us.
- Basic technical information your browser sends when you visit, such as pages viewed and device type, if we use analytics tools.
How we use it
- To answer your request, send quotes and arrange your trip.
- To send messages about your quote or booking, including text messages if you agree to them.
- To email your estimate and up to two short follow-ups about the same quote. Every email has an unsubscribe link.
- To improve our website and services.
Text messages
If you agree to text messages, we text you about your quote and booking. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help. Agreeing to texts is not required to get a quote.
When you send the quote form, we email your instant estimate. If we have not heard back, we may send up to two follow-up emails about that quote, then stop. We stop sooner if you reply, book or unsubscribe. We do not add you to a newsletter.
Sharing
We share your trip details with the licensed transportation company that operates your trip, only as needed to provide it. We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share your email, mobile number or text-message consent with third parties for their marketing.
Your choices
To ask what information we have about you, or to have it corrected or deleted, call or text (512) 714-9207.
Changes
We may update this policy. The effective date at the top shows when it last changed.
