- Holiday playlists and cocoa welcome
- Weeknight packages from $549
How a Christmas lights party bus tour works
We plan a route based on where you start. Austin groups often mix a few of the city's best-known neighborhood displays with dinner or drinks, and suburban groups tour the big displays close to home in Round Rock, Pflugerville, Georgetown and Cedar Park.
Quick answer: plan 2 to 3 hours of lights. A 3-hour weeknight package is the most popular choice.
The Trail of Lights at Zilker Park
The Trail of Lights is a walking event in Zilker Park with its own tickets and dates each year. We drop your group off near the entrance and pick you up after, so nobody has to fight for parking.
Make it a holiday party
- Bring cocoa, cookies and a holiday playlist.

Frequently asked questions
How long is a Christmas lights tour?
Most groups spend 2 to 3 hours looking at lights. Book 3 hours, or 4 if you're adding dinner.
Does the bus drive through the Trail of Lights?
No. The Trail of Lights is a walking event, so we drop you off and pick you up nearby.
Can we bring drinks on a lights tour?
Yes, if everyone drinking is 21 or older. Texas law makes an exception to the open-container rule for passengers in vehicles used to carry people for pay, such as buses and limousines (Texas Penal Code § 49.031). The driver never drinks, and nobody under 21 may have alcohol. Cans and plastic cups are the safest choice.
